Terms of Service

Effective: March 26, 2026 โ€” Version 1.0

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Skillora platform, operated by ZYAR Saadia, Sole Proprietor. Skillora is a trading name of ZYAR Saadia. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform.

1.1 Scope & Acceptance

These Terms apply to all purchases of digital products and subscription plans made through skill-ora.org (the "Website"). By completing a purchase, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent.
  • Are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • Accept these Terms unconditionally.

1.2 Products & Services

Skillora is an online course creation platform. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Online course creation and hosting tools.
  • Interactive quiz and assessment builders.
  • Automated certificate generation.
  • Learner progress tracking and analytics dashboards.
  • Payment processing integration via Stripe.
  • AI-powered learning path recommendations.

All products and services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

1.3 Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (โ‚ฌ) and include all applicable taxes. Subscription plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis via Stripe. You authorize Skillora to charge your chosen payment method for the recurring subscription fee until you cancel.

  • Pro โ€” โ‚ฌ34.99/month
  • Business โ€” โ‚ฌ49.99/month
  • Enterprise โ€” โ‚ฌ89.99/month

All subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew. You may cancel at any time. Accepted payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit card, and any other method supported by Stripe in your region.

1.4 Subscription & Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at Contact@skill-ora.org. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • Access to premium features will be revoked once the current period ends.
  • Your course content and data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.

1.5 User Responsibilities

As a user of Skillora, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content to the platform.
  • Not resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the platform without authorization.
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

1.6 Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Skillora are the exclusive property of ZYAR Saadia unless otherwise stated. You retain ownership of any content you create and upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant Skillora a non-exclusive license to host and display your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

1.7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skillora and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

The total liability of Skillora shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1.8 Modification of Terms

Skillora reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. For material changes, we will notify you via email.

1.9 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Delaware, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
