Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once a payment has been processed. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances.

1. Digital Products Exemption

All Skillora products and services are delivered digitally and made available immediately upon payment. As digital content that is accessed immediately, refund rights are waived upon purchase. You expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge the forfeiture of any cancellation or refund right at the time of purchase.

2. Subscription Auto-Renewal

All Skillora subscription plans are billed monthly and auto-renew automatically until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file. You will be charged on the same date each month.

It is your responsibility to cancel before your next billing date if you do not wish to be charged again.

3. Cancellation vs. Refund

Canceling your subscription is not the same as requesting a refund:

  • Cancellation stops future billing. You retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.
  • Refunds are not issued for partial months, unused time, or any prior payments โ€” regardless of usage or satisfaction.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting Contact@skill-ora.org.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account and all associated data.
  • Contest the chargeback with all relevant documentation and transaction records.
  • Recover any fees, costs, or penalties associated with the dispute.
  • Report the incident to fraud prevention services.

We strongly encourage you to contact us at Contact@skill-ora.org before initiating any dispute with your financial institution. We are committed to resolving issues promptly.

5. Exceptions (At Our Sole Discretion)

In rare cases, and at the sole discretion of Skillora, a refund or account credit may be considered only if:

  • You were charged due to a verified technical error on our payment system.
  • You were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a system malfunction.

To request a review, email Contact@skill-ora.org within 7 days of the charge with your full name, email address, and transaction details. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be considered.
